The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is seeking qualified consultants to provide job analyses and civil service examination services for over 750 competitive job titles across 15 categories. The procurement is divided into three distinct service options: the development of job analyses, test development, scoring, and study guides; in-person computer-based test administration at ADA-compliant sites; and online computer-based testing with proctoring services. The total anticipated funding for the three-year contract is 3 million dollars, distributed at 1 million dollars per year. Proposals are evaluated based on a technical score consisting of relevant experience (40%), the quality of the proposed approach (40%), and organizational capability (20%).
