The Department of Citywide Administrative Services is seeking qualified vendors to provide the basis for examination development or a change in title classification action, as well as develop and score the examinations. DCAS is seeking consultants to administer civil service exams and develop study guides for various titles. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, Section 3-03 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. DCAS Office of Citywide Procurement, Agency 856 will hold a virtual Pre-Proposal Conference. Please see the Address Location box in PASSPort for the link.
