The City of Phoenix is soliciting competitive bids for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide commercial locksmith products and services critical to maintaining the security and operational continuity of its facilities over a five-year term starting no earlier than September 1, 2027. The scope includes supply, installation, repair, and emergency service of key and locksmith hardware such as keys, lock cylinders, hinges, closers, exit devices, and fire-rated assemblies.
