Placer Vineyards Specific Plan Property #3

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife North Central Region has executed a five-year extension for Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification Number 1600-2018-0382-R2, granted to the permittee, Placer Vineyards Development Group, LLC. This extension, approved under Fish and Game Code section 1605, extends the agreement term to expire on January 21, 2030. The project, titled Open Space Grading 10, is located in unincorporated western Placer County on unnamed tributaries to Steelhead Creek, specifically east of Palladay Road and south of Baseline Road. The scope of work is limited to the installation of two interim drainage culverts, the grading of water quality basins and an open space low flow channel, the creation of a temporary soil stockpile, and preliminary grading of adjacent uplands. The project is subject to specific mitigation measures as a condition of approval. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife determined that the project will not have a significant environmental effect within its jurisdiction. Administrative oversight is managed by Patrick Moeszinger at the Rancho Cordova office.
