PROJECT NUMBER: DGS C-0373-0011 Phase 1PROJECT TITLE: SCI Mahanoy – RTU’s and Roof ReplacementsPROJECT LOCATION: 301 Morea Road, Frackville, PA 17932This Project is advertising for PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS for design and/or engineering services. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The project includes but is not limited to the replacement of aging EPDM roofing system and rooftop HVAC units at multiple buildings throughout the facility. Both the roof system and HVAC units have reached the end of their life cycle. The roof work may include replacement of decking, flashing, and insulation, as well as removal and reinstallation of lightning protection systems and replacement/expansion of roof hatches. In addition to the roofing concerns, the I and J Block housing units and sallyport need new Roof Top Units (RTU's). The existing units have become increasingly difficult to maintain, and less capable of delivering reliable climate control. The RTUs will require tie-in to the building automation system.ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $4,000,000.00. APPLICATION DUE DATE WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2026, AT 4:30 P.M.
