The New York State Department of Transportation has entered into a single source procurement agreement for the Workforce and Succession Planning (WASP) Project under contract number C038153. On September 8, 2026, the New York State Office of the State Comptroller granted an exemption from competitive advertising, allowing for a contract value increase of 2,850,750.00 dollars.
