Electric Motor Rebuild

This contract is a firm fixed-price solicitation for the one-time repair and rebuilding of an Allied Signal Model No. 8230001 0503 OC01 electric motor, requiring either reconditioning or a complete rewind in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement and its appendices. The work must be performed at a facility within 120 miles of Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, during standard business hours unless otherwise approved, and the completed motor must meet original equipment manufacturer specifications and pass rigorous testing including Megger, surge, hipot, and no-load validation.
