Pipeline FAQ
CLEATUS Pipeline FAQ.
What is Pipeline?
Pipeline is your CLEATUS workspace for contracts you're evaluating and moving toward proposal. Strong matches from your Company Profile and Bid/No Bid preferences are added automatically once a week, and you can also add items from Contract Search.
From Pipeline you can:
- Collaborate by assigning an owner and adding team members.
- Advance the pursuit by updating the stage (Evaluate → Pursue → Submit → Award).
- Stay organized with tags, favorites, and activity history.
- Stay informed with optional email notifications for amendments and updates.
How do contracts get into my Pipeline?
New matches are captured weekly by AI from your Company Profile preferences. You can also add contracts from Contract Search.
How does AI find contracts?
CLEATUS continuously scans federal, state, local, and city sources and matches opportunities to your Company Profile. Strong matches are auto-added once a week. To fine-tune capture, update your Company Profile.
