CURRENT SITUATION: Power outages in building 422 have occurred on multiple occasions from January 2023 through April 2023 resulting in critical communication systems being brought offline. Communication systems are running on a 110-power connection. Tenant is going to install a generator via a Self-Help Project but will need a connection from the generator to the facility. REQUIREMENT: Requirement has changed from the originating service request as the tenant now intends to install the concrete pad and generator. Current Requirement is to connect the new generator to building 422 as a back-up in the event that there is a loss of power. IMPACT: If a generator connection for Building 422 is not completed, critical communication links supporting operations will go offline during power disruptions/outages.
