Government Intelligence Hub

Explore government contracts, agencies, contracting officers, contractors, NAICS codes, contract vehicles, and national stock numbers for free.

The free CLEATUS Government Intelligence Hub opens the CLEATUS market intelligence data to everyone. Use it to research agencies, buyers, competitors, and teaming partners before you bid. You do not need an account to start.

What you can explore

The hub has eight sections:

  • Contracts: active and upcoming federal, state, and local contract opportunities.
  • Agencies: more than 50,000 federal, state, local, and education agencies, with award history and sub-agency structure.
  • Contracting Officers: more than 1 million contracting officers, program managers, and procurement officials, with their contract history.
  • Government Locations: verified government facilities and the opportunities with that place of performance.
  • Contractors: more than 800,000 contractors, with award history, certifications, and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes. See Contractor Search Tool.
  • NAICS Codes: every NAICS code, with its small business size standard and contract data. See NAICS Code Lookup Tool.
  • Contract Vehicles: more than 400 federal contract vehicles, with their awardees and task orders. See Contract Vehicles Directory.
  • National Stock Numbers (NSNs): more than 17 million parts in the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) catalog. Each part shows its approved sources and linked solicitations and awards. See NSN Lookup.

Research a record

  1. Open the Government Intelligence Hub and select a section.
  2. Search or filter the list.
  3. Open a record. Agency, contractor, contracting officer, and NAICS pages start with a summary that artificial intelligence (AI) writes, labeled AI Summary.
  4. Use the tabs on the record page to see awards, contracts, and related records.

To see which agencies, states, and counties CLEATUS tracks, open the Coverage Explorer. For the steps, see Coverage Explorer.

What changes when you sign in

  • Without an account, you can open 20 different agency, contractor, contracting officer, and contract pages in 24 hours. Sign in to keep browsing. NSN, vehicle, and NAICS pages do not count toward this limit.
  • Public pages hide personal email addresses and phone numbers. Sign in to see contact details.
  • Long AI summaries show a preview on public pages. Sign in to read the full summary.

In the CLEATUS dashboard, the same data is under Market Intelligence in the sidebar. The menu has NAICS Codes, Agencies, Contracting Officers, Contractors, Vehicles, Contracts, Grants, and NSNs. You can also ask the CLEATUS agent to research agencies, contracting officers, contractors, and NAICS codes for you.
