Contract FAQ

How Contract Search works, sorting, and tips for better results.

How does Contract Search work?

Contract Search gives you access to the full CLEATUS contract database, updated multiple times per day. Results are sorted by relevance to your business, so the most promising opportunities appear first. Keep your Company Profile up to date for the best results.

You can also:

  • Filter by keywords, NAICS/PSC codes, set-asides, agencies, locations, due dates, and more.
  • Save searches and turn on notifications to get alerts when new opportunities match your criteria.

Strong matches from your Company Profile and Bid/No Bid preferences are auto-added to your Pipeline once a week.

What is AI Relevancy?

AI Relevancy is a smart scoring system that helps you quickly determine if a contract is a good fit. It analyzes the solicitation's key details and compares them to your Company Profile.

How do I write a proposal for this contract?

Add the contract to your Pursuit Management pipeline. From there, you can use the Proposal Writer Suite.

What is Contract Breakdown?

Contract Breakdown uses AI to deconstruct any solicitation you upload, organizing the document into Uniform Contract Format (UCF) sections and highlighting crucial details so you can navigate a long PDF in seconds. If a contract has no documents, the breakdown won't be available.

Where can I see Amendments?

If a solicitation has amendments, you'll find a dedicated Amendments tab on the contract page — a centralized view of every change so you don't miss critical updates.

Click the Sort by dropdown in the top right to sort by relevance, date posted, or deadline.

What happens when I add a contract to my Pipeline?

Adding a contract initiates a deep analysis of the document and unlocks the Proposal Writer Suite — including the compliance matrix, proposal outline, and bid checklist.
