Solicitation OET26006033 establishes a Master Price Agreement for private and claims investigative services, specifically focusing on Title IX compliance. The Rhode Island Department of Education, the Office of Institutional Equity at Rhode Island College, and the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX at the Community College of Rhode Island are seeking qualified individuals or firms to conduct investigations into educator misconduct, human resource matters, and institutional equity issues aligned with nondiscrimination laws. This agreement is available for use by other state agencies across the executive, legislative, and judicial branches, as well as political subdivisions such as cities, towns, and schools. The contract term is approximately three years, running from October 20, 2025, through December 31, 2028, with the possibility of renewals. The procurement process utilizes a qualified vendors list where selection for specific projects is handled through a mini-bid process based on a provided scope of work and price quotes. Awards are based on the relative merits of the technical proposals as reviewed by a technical evaluation committee. Selected vendors must maintain specific insurance coverages, including one million dollars in liability and automobile coverage, and one hundred thousand dollars for workers compensation. Administrative requirements include quarterly self-reporting of all invoiced amounts to the Division of Purchases and the payment of a one percent administrative fee. The Rhode Island Department of Administration, Division of Purchases, is soliciting qualified firms for an Open Enrollment Master Price Agreement (MPA 419) to provide maintenance, repair, upgrade, and replacement services for security systems across all state agencies. This is a Request for Qualifications rather than a Request for Quotes, meaning the initial phase focuses on establishing a list of qualified vendors. The initial bid submission deadline is February 28, 2026, with contract awards beginning May 1, 2026. The initial term is for three years, with the possibility of two additional 12-month renewals. Following the initial award, new vendors may apply on a biannual basis.
